Fabric Care
TEE SHIRTS, NON TEN-O branded NIGHT SHIRTS , JAMMIES & BOOTY SHORTS
Most of our Tee Shirts are 100% cotton because 100% cotton provides the best medium for design inks. Our cotton is all preshrunk but will, over time, shrink. If washed in cold water and dried at low temperatures, these Tees will maintain their shape longer. Tee Shirts made of 50/50 polycotton are sometimes used and the care directions are the same as the 100% Cotton. Some of our jammies, and non ten-o branded Booty Shorts and Nightshirts are made of 100% cotton knit and should receive the same care as our 100% Tee Shirts.
LEOTARDS and some TEN-O brand BOOTY SHORTS , FLATFRONT BOOTY SHORTS & NIGHTSHIRTS
We use cotton lycra for many of our Leotards, Jammies, Booty Shorts & Nightshirts because of the comfort of cotton as well as its great ability to take design inks. As with the Tee Shirts our Leotards, etc., should be washed in cold water and dried at a low temperature. Our cotton lycra is preshrunk, but as with the tee shirts they can shrink over time. Following the cold-water wash/low temperature drying will minimize the shrinkage.
We also use nylon tricot (4 way stretch) Lycra for many of our Leotards. and Booty Shorts. Machine washing (use a full tub of water to help dilute any loose dyes in the fabric for the first few washings) at a low temperature using mild detergents) and machine drying at a moderate temperature (line drying is not recommended).
JAMMIES & BOXERS
For our plaid flannel Jammies we use a very high quality imported German Flannel. This 100% woven cotton can be washed at normal tempertures and dried at low temperature. If necessary iron at low temperatures.
